You are the person community members actually meet. You facilitate health workshops, do participant outreach, build trust in underserved neighborhoods, and collect the data that proves our work is changing lives. Bilingual EN/ES strongly preferred.
This role keeps everything running. You will support the Executive Director, coordinate Board meetings, own event logistics across all programs, manage vendors, and handle the administrative and finance work every team depends on.
Real work on real programs — not filing. Support community events, help with data and communications, and get firsthand exposure to how a trauma-informed health organization operates. Phase 3 Associates are formally considered for paid roles when funding is available.
